Chicken Soup

I made some chicken soup from the leftover Hunan chicken dish a few days back. The veggies added were carrots, celery, mushrooms, and those tiny daikon things.

Tuna Maki

Sometimes you just feel like having some tuna maki rolls from the local japanese grocery store. Necessity: lots of pickled ginger.

Instant Ramen

Using the fresh-ish ramen in frigerator section turns out much tastier then in the dried goods section. This is especially true when you have some menma, scallions, and nori too.

The leftovers from our trip to Gorilla BBQ: chicken, brisket, zucchini. Of course there is going to be rice to eat with all that saucy goodness.

French Toast

Had some cinnamon bread sitting in the fridge, so I made some french toast with it. We didn't have syrup or powdered sugar, but it was still good.

Lasagna

We made some lasagna, well one person made it and the rest of us kind of watched.
The rest of us got to put all the ingredients together and cover it in a ton of cheese.
Baked and ready to eat
Tasty goodness.

Hunan Chicken

An entire chicken!
Cover with some ginger sauce and a side of chicken rice and I'm in heaven.
